The HC-2000x3000-4 is a Y-shaped overhead conveyor blasting machine designed specifically for cleaning, derusting, deburring, and roughening medium to large workpieces suspended from hooks. With a load capacity of up to 2000 kg per hook and four powerful E-ECO throwing wheels, the machine is suitable for heavy industrial applications, including foundries and construction work.
The suspension system consists of a monorail with two hooks that automatically move through the blasting chamber. During the process, the hooks rotate and oscillate, so that the workpieces are hit by the jet streams all around. Four E-ECO throwing wheels sling abrasive onto the parts at high speed, ensuring intensive and even cleaning with minimal abrasive consumption and low wear. The blasting media is collected via hoppers and screw conveyors, fed up by an elevator and cleaned in an air stream, separating dust and contamination. The purified blasting media is stored in a silo and automatically returned in a dosed manner. A powerful extraction system with cartridge filters keeps emissions below 3 mg/Nm³ and guarantees a safe and clean working environment. The doors, blasting chamber and suspension construction are heavy-duty and equipped with wear-resistant manganese steel and rubber, which ensures a long service life. Optionally, the machine can be expanded with powered trolleys, frequency converters and additional automation.
